BEFORE YOU START - Make all those present aware that a fire alarm test is taking place.
Make sure that you are using a different Fire Call point every week to ensure all Fire Call Points are in a working order. To test the fire alarm activate the Fire Call Point for at least 30 seconds verifying that all persons in all areas can hear the alarm sounding. If the alarm continuously sounds follow the evacuation process and instructions from the Fire Marshals and Fire Brigade.
